Cake popsicles technique and skills
How to shape and mould cake pop on sticks
Secret to melting chocolate (technique and consistency)
How to colour chocolate
How and when to dip cake pop (right texture and temperature)
Styling cake pops and cake pop decorations
Making simple ganache and marbling techniques
Painting cake pops with lustre for shimmer gold effect
If time permits, a Q&A session and photo session.
