About a week ago I was sitting at home recovering from the flu I acquired towards the end of my trip in New York (does that happen to anybody else? You cram in so many activities that your body has a little breakdown at the end of your holiday?)
I realised while I was resting at home that I’ve missed baking lately since my time has been swallowed up by my other projects, work and traveling. I had a craving for carrot cake and decided to test out a cake mix and a Bundt Tin I got for Christmas last year.
Although still delicious, the cake did not flip out successfully so I asked you guys for some tips on how to get a cake cleanly out of a Bundt tin. The tips were so good, I decided I had to share them with everyone. Check out the videos below!
